Online Betting in 2021
Online gambling will soon be available for most casinos in Michigan sometime in early 2021. The changes come after the government approved legislation to allow online casino gaming and in-person sports betting in the state. In fact, retail sports betting has already been made legally available as of March 2020.
The Soaring Eagle had plans to make retail sports betting available in early spring 2020, but plans have not come to fruition yet. It may have something to do with the casino having closed in response to the COVID-19 quarantine.

Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort Casino History
A busy spot with more than 200,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, the Soaring Eagles Casino & Resort first opened in 1996 as just the casino. Later in 1998, the resort portion was completed and opened to the public.
In September 2018, a multi-million dollar construction project was completed which involved major upgrades to the resort and casino. These included:
